Dubious business practices.

Re: Complaint about the real estate services provided.

I'm writing regarding the service provided for the rental of property and bring to your attention the following issues.

1.) Failure to pay me rental and deposit money after dissolution of contract.

2.) Failure to respond accordingly to countless pleas regarding said payment.

3.) Failure to adhere to said contract by *****ulently increasing tenants fee without informing me. Meanwhile not even paying my just dues for a period of not less than 2 years.

I have telephoned, WhatsApp'd as well as had direct communication with the CEO Matseleng Mogodi recently, her staff members Dieketseng, Lukas, Lehlohonolo, Jabulile as well as others for over 1 year.

They have made numerous assurances to resolve this debacle. They have also reneged on their pledge when confronted on the deliverables.

To resolve this matter I suggested they consider the following options to Snooks management:

1.) Pressure staff to pay me what is due. Not withstanding costs incurred, inclusive of workable time lost pursuing this issue.

2.) Deduct payment from agent/s via commission or salary with haste.

3.) Inform the agent/s of the formal release from the contract.

I have provided contact details to management including the CEO to contact me by no later than 12 noon, Monday 17 July 2023 and that should my plea be rendered unsuccessful.

A complaint will be lodged with the Estate Agency Affairs Board as well as other relevant regulatory boards.
