WATER COOLER PROBLEM

I phoned Sno Master Gauteng with a leaking water cooler. I was told that i can bring the cooler in and could leave it there for repair and then collect the same day. When our driver arrived, I was then told there was a process that I had to follow so NO, no repair today. But i except that gladly. In November we had the cooler serviced, so it was just the leak i was asking about. we waited almost 2 weeks for a quote, which i only got coz i had to phone every second day asking for the quote. Then i was told a tap and a thermostat had to be replaced. There was never anything wrong with any thermostat, IT JUST HAD LEAK ? but fine, I excepted the quote and gave the go ahead.......STILL TODAY I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD BACK ABOUT MY WATERCOOLER...... for a simple WATER LEAK....what a horrible experience with these people.. We are a business and offer the cold water to our clients and suppliers when collecting or delivering.....THAT IS HOW A CUSTOMER IS SUPPOSED TO BE TREATED.....they way i feel at present...they can keep their watercooler and not even bother anymore
