SUPER PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM SNOMASTER

I was looking for advice on which fridge to buy so I phoned the Joburg branch. Nobody answered my call so I phoned the Cape Town branch. I got through to Stefan. What a helpful chap! He did reseller pricing research for me and advised me to buy a 42L dual compartment fridge. The price was good (special on Takealot) but the external dimensions were too large for my storage area and car. Then another Takealot special came up for a single compartment 50L fridge, so I bought that one and received next day delivery. A big shout out to Stefan for his repeatedly responding to my WhatApp texts (even over the weekend) and cheering me on and mentioning that the fridge I bought is an excellent model. He asked me to keep his number should I ever want to reach out to him. I submitted the online warranty application and the very next day received a confirmation form Marinda that the warranty was registered and all was good. Thanks guys for holding my hand through the process and being so professional!
