SnowMaster Ice Makers are *******. Bad after sales service.

I purchased a SnowMaster Ice Machine 26kg during November 2016. I have had problems on problems with this unit. Yes, it makes ice, but when the ice cubes drop into the box below, water spill from the waterjets in the ice making freezer disolves the ice. You actually have to check regularly to remove the ice not to lose it. During May 2016 is stopped dropping the ice from the freezing unit. I reported it to SnowMaster. After many futile attempts, I took it back to the seller, Drommedaris in Jeffreys Bay. They sent it back to SnowMaster for repair. I was informed that it is going to cost R700 to repair. After a battle regarding their 2 year warranty they carried the cost. Think carefull before you buy one of their ice machines. They are *******!! Rather pay double and get a Scothcman.
