Snowmaster Ice maker

About two months ago we contacted the company that manufactures the snowmaster ice machine because one of the seals was lost. After numerous emails nothing has happened up to date. Everytime there is an excuse or no reply. This is terrible customer service and would not advise any person to do business with them.
