SnoMaster is true to their word!

I need to share my experiences of SnoMaster South Africa and their product support service. I bought a SNOMASTER 92.5L DUAL COMPARTMENT PORTABLE FRIDGE/FREEZER in November 2020 and used it extensively on trips in RSA and to Namibia. During a trip in January 2022, it started acting up and functioned inconsistently, the unit could not sustain pre-set temperatures. At one point the fridge and freezer compartments indicated temperatures 39C and 41C respectively. It was an oven now as well. On my return to Gauteng, I returned to unit to SnoMaster for repair under warranty. They pulled out all stops to resolve the fault but somehow the gremlins remained. After the second repair attempt SnoMaster undertook to replace the unit if the gremlins manifest again. Well, the gremlins did return, and SnoMaster exchanged the unit fuss free. Thank you SnowMaster this experience with your friendly, supportive, and professional team was most memorable.
