Snomaster, horrible customer service..

Very bad, unprofessional service from the sales department!! I called and emailed them many times to get the new pricelist, after 9 days I got the pricelist. Just after I got the pricelist, I emailed them to place my order, they responded to my email and said sorry they sended me the old pricelist, and that there is a new one with more expensive prices. Very bad customer service. I will rather buy some other brands with better customer service.
