Outstanding service from SnoMaster Meadowdale

I purchased a SnoMaster 42l Traveller Fridge from a reputable outlet just over 3 years back. Unbeknown to me, the fridge must have been in their stock for a few years. I had some cooling issues with the fridge this past December and took it back to SnoMaster for assessment. The compressor had become faulty and SnoMaster let me know that the 7 year warranty had expired and sent me a quote for the repair. I fortunately always keep my invoices and was able to send SnoMaster the invoice showing that I only purchased the fridge 3 years back. There was no quibbling or argument at all and SnoMaster repaired the fridge as part of their 7 year warranty at no cost to myself. The service I received from Ricardo and the rest of the team at SnoMaster must be commended and I do appreciate the regular feedback I received from them. Well done SnowMaster for an awesome product (I have a few of the SnoMaster products) and for the brilliant service I received from Ricardo and the SnoMaster team at Meadowdale. Sincerely Steve Geier
