Now this is customer service!

Exceptional client service. After having to dump 2x portable fridges with internal leaks, and 2x Ice makers go faulty within a week of purchase, my 3rd Ice maker died yesterday after aprox 3yrs of service. I was VERY surprised this morning when Sean Grothe from Snomaster informed me they will be replacing my old Ice maker with a brand new one this afternoon!!
