Great service from Sami Kerry & team

I recently had my ice machine that is still under warranty going faulty, after having a not so pleasant experience with the Lynwood repair agent Johan, & him being extremely rude, I contacted SnoMaster & got hold of Sami Kerry, Snomaster's service agent & her service & friendliness is beyond expectation good, she had my unit collected from me, (a service they do not offer) & had my unit repaired & re delivered in an excellent time, her communication skills is top notch.
