fridge /freezer

bought fridge /freezer in 2013 and had good service so far , but once a breakdown happens it is a nightmare , had the fridge at GRE electrical for over amonth and nothing is happening ,wrong part is sent , they do not respond to emails so what , PLEASE DO not support them
