Excellent service Snomaster

I bought a Snomaster fridge/freezer about 6 years ago but have no invoice or proof of purchase. While it was still working it started to make horrible knocking noises when driving over a bad road. Phoned Snowmaster to hear who the agents were in George, took the fridge there but service was worse than none. So I phoned Snomaster (Damien Canaham) again and they had it picked up here in George at my house. They said they would have a look and if it was a warranty repair they would pay for repairs and courier costs. About 2 weeks later they phone to say it is on its way back again. No cost, even after having no invoice and proof of purchase. Wow Snomaster its a pity I can't give you ten stars. Thank you Snomaster service department.
