EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM SNOMASTER

In 2020 I bought a 15kg Snomaster ice machine . In 2022 it stopped working and the water and ice lights flashed simultaneously . It was still under guarantee and Snomaster had it repaired at their agents in PE ( I live 300km from PE) In 2024 the same problem arose again and the machine stopped working , Even though it was out of warranty by this time , I contacted Snomaster and expressed my dismay re the fact that the machine has broken twice in 3 yrs ,My email was answered by Marinda Raman who forwarded it to Pierre Fourie of Snomaster ( not sure what position he holds ) Pierre arranged for this machine to be collected at my home , had it repaired and return at no cost to me . This is what I call service . I am very gratefull to the individuals envolved and to Snomaster as a company . Customer service at its best !! Thank you once again.
