Bad service

I spent about 1 hour and 10 minures trying to get through to the call centre which in return, put me through to the technical department. About 7 of the 8 times, there was no answer and once they answered but put the phone down in my ear.

In that time span, I gave them my contact details for them to get back to me and still 2 hours later there is no return call. All I simply wanted was to get details on a fan motor on one of the units I bought from them. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend any dealings with this company, more so b cause even the manager can't get back to me or answer the ohone
