Snog The Frog Johannesburg

<p>Hi I have always been supportive of helping and supporting the small bussnisses in SA. So I found this bussnisse snog the frog Johannesburg its my little girls birthday party she is turning 5 through there facebook page snog The Frog and emails I orrdered a T shirt and a tutu for my girls birthday in my email I said please make sure it looks exactly like there example there pic (see attached) I evan payed exstra for a fuller tutu. When it was delivered it looked nothing like the pic they gave nothing not even close. I PAID R300 PLUS EXSTRA R100 for something I could not use. So when I email them back to say how unhappy I am they were really rude saying what they send me was right and if I send it back (paying another R100) she wil pay back the tutu money only that so I have to pay R500 only to get say R200 back does that sound fair. Now she saying im arassing her. I dont have money to waist it sad that you trust these small bussnisses and then you get blind sided like that.I dont want someone else to be blind sided like me please help. Look at the pics attach see if it looks the same to you. </p>
