S'no fridge factory are ********.

On the 06 June 2022 I was looking for a fridge in Market place on Facebook. I came across with this post then I messaged the person who gave me *** to whatsapp. I whatsapped right away but got a response on the following day. I asked the prices of the fridges I was given the price list and the pictures but I chose the one for R1800. I then asked if they deliver, the response was yes with the following message" If you want delivery pay half now, the balance plus delivery fee will be paid Cash or by Swipe when the driver arrives there with the fridge". I was so excited I was given bank details "Absa bank, Acc no: *** with the company name Sno Fridge factory Pty Ltd. I did the payment of R900 as promised that on the following day when the fridge arrives I will pay the rest either cash or by swipe, at the time I was going to swipe as I don't carry cash. Yes indeed on the following I was given the number of the driver ***.i called the driver I told him about my delivery, he asked for my name. I gave him my name he then checked on the invoice he told me to pay the rest before he deliver. Which was not the agreement. That's where the problem started because the person I spoke with did not mention about paying the rest amount before delivery. When I called him he said the speed point was not working and that the drivers were not allowed to carry cash which was never said to me. I requested for a refund they said I will get within 7 days and that I should give the person my banking details which I did exactly that. . Which now my 7th day ended on Wednesday after that they the person to just blue ticked me.
