worst creche in pta

Worst creche in pretoria. My 2 year old was terrified to go to school he was bul**** at school and screamed blue ****** every morning at drop off. There are only 2 teachers and one assistant for all age groups and classes 3month to grade R plus minus 60 kids only 2 teachers-not qualified (is that even legal?) . My child came home with very bad nappy rash atleast 3 times that I needed to seek medical attention, he came home with bite marks. He came home extremely hungry and thirsty every day. He turned into a misserable little boy since he was in this creche.
