Snoekies Disappoints Regarding Freshness!

the report is somewhat overdue but I wanted to obtain the original invoice to supply as much information as possible. On the 29 December 2014 we visited Big Bay for a family outing and after spending a 'busy' morning with the kids at the beach decided to treat them with a 'authentic' fish and chips experience at Snoekies based on our feedback from the original Houtbay branch, what a disappointment...We ordered 2 x Kiddies Calamari, 1 x Calamari + side, and 1 x Hake + side (Counter Sales 447, 29 December 2014, 12:12:19, R182.40).<br> When the food arrived I was already concerned as all the chips received were dark brown and the hake 'tough' - I immediately returned to the counter to verify whether it was freshly prepared or 're-heated'.
