Sniper Security not proceeding to have my car fixed

On the 30th June 2019, at about 11:30 AM, one of the security personnel from Sniper Security Company rode into the back of my vehicle while on a call out - for no good reason. Since that time I have been dealing with them and both their Insurance Brokers and their Insurance Consultants - to have my vehicle fixed. Their Insurance Consultants have stated that the damage to my vehicle cannot be assessed or fixed until the excess on the insurance policy with Sniper Security has been paid by them. This - Sniper Security - have failed to do. All contact between my myself and them has been ignored by them. Nor has it been responded to. Sniper have likewise not responded to the emails from their insurance brokers or consultants. (Panel beaters have estimated the damage to my vehicle to be about R 35 000). I find this totally shocking that the company refuses to proceed with - through their insurance companies - having my car fixed - when they caused the accident
