Great service from Sniper Security

At the beginning of 2023 our school, situated in Lansdowne, signed up with Sniper Security. We have been immensely impressed by their service at every level. They have given us sound advice; they respond immediately to alarm signals with clear details of which zone was triggered and who was the last person to set the alarm; best of all - you can actually hear what the call centre agent is saying. They have a small call centre which is quiet and calm so you can hear the person you are speaking to. And when you call, instead of an answering service you speak directly to a competent person who can direct your call.

Recently they provided a visible security presence at a Saturday morning event held by our school. They did this as a service to us and the community. We are very grateful for their professional, caring service and highly recommend Sniper Security to anyone in the Rondebosch and Lansdowne area.
