ill treated and disrespected,failed to deliver

Early September i took my car volvo s60 to put back the top and gett the engine running and 2 and half months to 3 months different story every time and different mechanic and i was patient and last week i got a new quote of 4600 for re doing the top and 2600 for labour and i was gonna pay anything only if my car was running and from monday i gave them an ultimatum that il get by Thursday today and i found my car been striped nuts and turbo pipes and expected to pay for labour of keeping my car for almost 3 months and the owner shane when i told him i cant pay for a car tha is not running and he sweared at me and disrepected me in front of my son and colleague and i had to pay for roll back to tow it to the people who can fix it,its just not on to swear at your customers and give them middle finger because u didn't deliver and he said he can do whatever he wants its his workshop..<br>
