Sneaker world is a hoax.

I purchased a sneaker from sneakerworld on line. No delivery after 10days. I'm trying to contact them and no luck. The messages I have sent haven't been rep**** to. Guys sneakerworld is a hoax. Can someone advise how I go about getting my money back or is that's it.
