I returned my order as the incorrect size was sent to me check the order below I received a UK 9,5 instead of a UK 10, I returned the shoes however the shoes were dirty so they charged me an extra R679 for the exchange, I paid this on the 1st May, as to now I have not received my order yet almost a month after. I have tried various ways to contact them to get feedback on WhatsApp messenger, and social media to get some feedback, finally, on WhatsApp I was told that the person would call Aramex personally and give me feedback on Monday afternoon, I am still waiting for feedback on my order that I paid for almost a month ago, I once again sent numerous messages on various platforms no avail dead silence on their part .R2000 spend and no shoes yet.
