I did not receive a confirmation email or any form of communication following my order placement, prompting me to send an inquiry via email. In response, they requested a photograph of the product I had ordered, followed by another email asking for my name and contact number. I inquired whether they did not already possess this information from my order. It was only at that point that they informed me they had not received my order and requested proof of payment, which I subsequently provided. This occurred 13 business days ago, and since then, I have not received any replies to my emails. I have lodged a complaint with "Consumer Goods and Services," and they have indicated that the resolution process may be lengthy, if it is resolved at all. Do you have any recommendations?
