RECEIVED WRONG ORDER
Hi I am not impressed by the service I received from this store. I received my order but it's the wrong size and wrong color. You can't even get hold of them; they don't even reply to e-mails. Can I please get assisted on the way forward.

Bad Customer Service
I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service from this company. I ordered sneakers on December 27th 2025, and as of today, I still haven't received them. Although they provided a tracking number, it's been showing 'processing' for weeks with no updates. I've tried calling their customer service numbers, but they send me straight to voicemail. Their WhatsApp number isn't working either. It's frustrating to not get any response or updates. I hope I receive my sneakers soon, but the customer service experience has been terrible.

I bought shoes online on sneakershelfstore.co.za, paid R1600,00 and have not received a word from them. I have called, send messages on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and tiktok. They have not responded once. I do have evidence of everything. They have blocked me on Facebook.
