Refund struggle

I ordered 2 lions rugby jerseys which stated on website sizes was available, got 1 other 1 no size available. Asked to be refunded. It's been taking longer than a month and all of a sudden they need my credit card details, requesting ccv number and expity date? Sounds like ***** to me????
