Package not delivered to me

On 30th August I ordered Air Jordan 1nike at Mornachy sneakers online, after placing an order I didn't receive an email or any notification from that store,I only received notification from paystack showing me that my payment was successful, I go back to their website ask for my order number so that I can track my order, they said I must check my emails, I didn't check but found nothing, they sent it via their website, when I track it it said no information or no data, lately it said in transit , since that day till now it's been 2 months now ,when I call the number I found on their website the number is always off, when I text them they said on their system it seems like I received my package, I said I didn't receive any thing ,they promised to fix the problem, after few day they no longer responding my text , what can I do to get my money back
