Bad Customer Service _ Sneakers Factory Parow Centre

Sneakers Factory Parow center has the worst customer service. Last week Monday 20.12.21 completed an application. Was advise that I would receive an sms to verify the status out come. No Feedback. Nothing. Went to store Wednesday 28.12.21. To find out no application was submitted as no details were found under my ID number.. Sales lady said she will phone me back to advise. Unfortunately I missed the call. No voice note and no call back. Truelly Bad Service
