WORST SERVICE EVER!

Sneakers_Headsurf is an online store. I recently purchased a pair of Nike Airforce1. My order was delivered & the badge was black. I texted palesa (the one responsible for orders) & explained to her I'm not happy with my product. I wanted the silver badge. I made things easier for her & placed a second pair for my niece, explained that the badge should be silver & she might as well include my badges with the product. She said it was OK. Come delivery day for my 2nd pair, my badges aren't included. I spoke to her, she was now insisting the badge was silver, I sent her a Pic. She said I must courier the shoes back to her so she could send another pair. 1, is it my fault that their order is wrong? Why should I be expected to pay for the courier to get the shoes delivered to them? I requested to speak to her superior & she just ignored me. I work with people & customer service is what this palesa lacks. I'm not impressed with their service. Was planning on purchasing the third pair of shoes but I might as well go to sportscene. We're supporting local businesses but they're just playing with our hard earned cash. Pathetic service!
