Pathetic response regarding a return

I had purchased about a month ago from this page on Facebook. I was not impressed with the product which I received and requested a return. They had agreed that I could return it and have been giving me excuses regarding the return ever since. I am no longer able to Facebook message and whatsapps get ignored. They refuse to give me any contact number.
