Order not received

I made an online purchase on the 30-11-2024, I bought a pair of sneakers and paid R1,511.99, I never received my order and decided to contact them and was told that they will refund me, of which they didn’t, I kept enquiring and was then contacted and told that there is a delay with the payments as they from their payment gateway, which is payfast and that I need to contact my bank to reverse it, I then contacted FNB to reverse the money, but till today haven’t received any communication, I have tried contacting them almost on a daily basis, but still nothing.

I tried contacting Sneakerheads again and they keep referring me to my bank, and then I was promised that I will recive the sneakers before the end of Feb and now when I enquire, no response, I just don’t know what else to do.
