The worst online business

The worst customer service Bought 2 pairs of sneakers on the 19th of December 2024 only to receive one pair of the 8th of January 2025,when I inquire about the other pair they say the manager was suppose to send me an email about the other pair.I decided to cancel the order of the other pair, and I was promised refund between 5 to 7 days while communicating with the admin person they only took me seriously when I told them about small claim court and report their account but on the 7th day instead of the refund got an SMS about the the shipment from sneakerheads which I communicated with the admin and Jason who called himself the manager that they must cancel because I it was not yet dispatched but they refused, Jason said when we receive the shipment we can send them back to them then he will refund me the amount we used for courier back, i shipped back the parcel an hour after I received it on Monday only to be told I will refund me only when the driver collect them ,Got refunded today the amount which is short by R380,and being told I can go to small claims court. They deserve any star
