TheSneakerDonZA online sneaker order

I ordered two sneakers and got no response after payment. The seller then contacted me and stated that he will send it and send me the tracking number of the parcel that same day. The number never got sent.Three days after he sent it and it got delivered 4 days later. When I fetched it from the post net nearest to me , I checked the boxes to see if the sizes were correct the sizes were off I ordered a uk 8 and got a uk 8.5, the second sneaker I ordered a uk 12 and got a uk9. After I contacted him again as his policy stated that “no returns, only exchanges” and got no response from him.I contacted him on WhatsApp, instagram and called him but no reply,he red my texts but never rep****. I recommend to never buy from TheSneakerDonZA to prevent this from happening to anyone else
