SneakerDonZA IS TERRIBLE!!

I have had THE worse experience with this absolutely TERRIBLE company owned and run by a man named Tyrone Titus. I purchased 2 pairs of Nike sneakers through their Instagram store. I made the payment, and it was stated that I would receive a waybill straight away and that the delivery would take place within 2 days. This never happened it took at least a week before anything was actioned, which obviously got me worried. They were very communicative UNTIL the point of payment, then I waited for and waited for responses with nothing forthcoming.

Eventually, the parcels arrived, however, they were the incorrect shoes I had purchased, and for obvious reasons, I felt that this was a ****, with the company sending incorrect items that were different to what I ordered. I then tried to communicate with them, I received a response from them, and they said that they would replace, them, and I'd then requested if I could do so immediately. But they said they do not do in-person exchanges, and that I need to return to send at my own cost(for their mistake). I decided to drop it off myself at the Good Wood PostNet where they sent it from to save myself R200 on delivery fees. The entire time I was messaging them to find out what was going to happen with the replacement thereof, absolute radio silence for over a week. I kept sending them messages on multiple channels and they did not respond, EVENTUALLY they did with some excuse that they were ill. Which didn't fly as you can see clearly that they were online via Instagram. Anyway, I still have not received the shoes which I ordered, and am still awaiting my refund, for a pair they said they no longer had stock. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! They have the worst service, don't communicate with you and currently still feels like a **** as I've not received anything I've paid for.
