SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL

I bought a pair of sneakers and once I received them it was the wrong size. I messed them via email and WhatsApp to inform them. It's two days later and I've not received a single reply. This is beyond unprofessional and I will never ever shop from them again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else
