Sneakers not received since November 2021

Hi, My son bought sneakers in November 26, 2021. He hasn't received the sneakers... the email confirmation stated that the sneakers will be delivered within 7 days. we have been calling, sending emails and whatsupp messages with no luck...

Is this company a **** or what? Hellopeter please assist.
