It is with absolute disappointment and disgust that I am writing this complaint with! I purchased and paid for a pair of sneakers (Nike air Max 90 michigan) on 28 November 2021. On 03 December 2021 to my complete SHOCK, the sneakers were delivered by Aramax however, a completely different pair of sneakers to the ones i purchased. Upon opening the sealed package, the box was damaged (all stickers were removed from the box) and a completely different pair of sneakers was in the box - Sneakers that were probably bought on the streets and placed in the Nike box. I immediately contacted Sneakercrib SA via their whatsapp contact line and email addresses they have loaded on their webiste - but to date - no one has called to assist me. I tried calling the number too - however it seems the number does not exist. I also tried logging the complaint online via the website - however nobody has reached out to me. Is this the kind of pathetic service that Sneakercrib SA aspires too? Or this just an **** of a business trying to get money out of innocent people?
