Sneaker SA ****med me. Do not buy from them

I bought a sneakers online on the 20th for my nephew for Christmas. And Before making online payment the communication was good with the supplier. Just after payment they start ignoring my whatsapp messages and when I comment on their insta page they deleted my messages. Today is the 28th and I still haven't received my order. Mind you this was for my nephew's Christmas. My nephew has to spend his Christmas without his sneaker.
