FAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OR EXCHANGE

Absolute disgusting customer service, I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 31/3/22 as a gift and not firstly did they not contact me to tell me they don't have stock of my items, then finally arrived with the order after choosing something else on 08/04/22 which both sizes were completely wrong!!! I then asked for an exchange which I am still now waiting on 20/04/22 I have sent numerous messages and their response is, "when a driver is ready we will do the exchange !!" this is absolute pathetic service! Still no communication to their clients and never ever would I even consider buying again after I asked when stock will arrive on the others, but if this is the service? No thanks, dare I even receive my actual shoes I ordered. Perhaps a refund is in order and I will just get my shoes else where then if they don't need the business or my money isn't good enough.
