Dissapointed customer

I made two separate orders on the 26th November and when the 1st order arrived i was not happy at all because it was a **** airmax. I then called to enquire about the 2nd order and ask to cancel the order i was told that refund will be done and it will take 2 working days for it to reflect. That was on the 2nd December and till today i haven't received my money. Everytime i call i am told different stories. VERY disappointed with their service, very unprofessional . I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
