Disappointed customer

I bought a pair of Jordan's on the 17th December, even today they haven't delivered the service of those guy's is very poor.Imagine I was buy for my soon for Christmas.And it was my 1st experience getting such a poor service on the online,cause I saw Sneaker crib was highly rated but my Son is still angry at me thinking I failed him on Christmas day. All I was told everyday is sorry and last time they said my order has been dispatched probably Monday i'l get it, Thursday they tell me they don't have stock.That's my experience with this guys
