Sneaker brothers sucks

I ordered and paid for two pairs of sneakers from Sneaker brothers on 21 Dec 2021 and to this day, 29 Dec 2021, I'm still waiting for my sneakers to arrive. They take forever to respond to my messages, and when they finally respond, all they say is "we are working on the issue". At this point I just want my money back. Can anyone assist with a physical address for their store. I think they are in Pretoria somewhere. Please help.
