Sneaker Brothers complaint

<div>I'm very unhappy with a pair of takkies which I bought online by Sneaker Brothers...I did a payment on the 21/07/2020 for a pair of Jordans,the shoes was R1700+R100 for delivery through Aramax..I received the shoes on the 23/07/2020...the shoes was completely different as the shoes I saw in the shop...I asked them beforehand if the shoes they were selling are original and they said yes... I asked for a cash refund and they refused to give me a refund,the person I was chatting to the whole time than blocked me...I'm urgently looking for help to try and resolve this problem and to get my money back (if not,an exchange for something else)&nbsp;</div>
