Refund

The service is pathetic guys, bought sneakers recently had to return them because wrong size was delivered and they looked like they were worn. I communicated with them via WhatsApp about the return policy and they told me I am liable for paying the delivery charges even though they delivered the wrong size.Im still waiting for my refund.They refused to give my money back they say only exchanges and it was for a birthday present that pass so don’t need anything from them after the service I got, anyone please help to get my money was thinking of taking to my lawyers as no where on their website that says no refund.
