**** sneakers poor customer service

I recently purchased two pairs of sneaker from sneaker brothers, it's been almost three weeks no communication from them whatsoever. I only got an email with a waybill number that's it. When you call them you don't get through,their people responding to their whatsapp line are very unprofessional. Today I got only one pair of sneakers delivered and they look **** the courier company Aramex driver refused to sign on the waybill when I asked him as I needed proof that only one pair of sneakers was delivered. I've also asked for an exchange via their email address no response has been given to me. I'm urging whoever wants to purchase anything from this company please do not waste your hard earned money as they are **********. Upon asking questions on their whatsapp number I'm told that the other parcel will be delivered in not even interested as their service is pathetic. I so wish I had never wasted my R3250 on this ******** company
