**** Shoes

I purchased a Jordans takkie for an amount of R1649 for my daughter for her birthday. The shoes came a few days later. Upon opening the box there was flaws in the takkie and the size was wrong. I tried to get hold of the company immediately and sent messages and emails to request a refund because I was not happy with the shoes at all Before I purchased the shoes I read their terms and conditions. But to date no response. It's now 2 weeks later and still no response from them. I only received a message the next day after receiving the shoes from someone saying there's no refund only exchange and they will get a manager to call me. No one has called me since then. Their terms and conditions state refund or exchange but suddenly they message to say only exchange. The shoe is a ****. I asked for a letter of authenticity that the shoes are not ****...still no response. This leads me to believe that they are selling **** shoes. Very bad service. No one has called me to date to resolve my query. Even **** shoes are not sold at such high prices. They have been reading my messages on Instagram but no courtesy to even call or message me. Customer satisfaction is important in any business why say u can get a refund but change the terms to suit themselves. I don't have a problem with the exchange provided they give me a letter of autencity that the shoes are genuine and not a ****. I did advise them of same. Still no response
