DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! Disgusting service and never received my parcel

Absolutely shocking and appalling customer service!

First and last time ordering from them. They sent me the wrong shoes and then proceeded to place the burden of returning them on me. I had to pay the return delivery fee too.

They have poor communication and are unprofessional to say the least. They can't even spell properly and do not addresconcerns but instead message around it. They will not answer their customer call line so you are forced to communicate with them via WhatsApp making communication slow. They were rude and condescending and even had the audacity to tell me to "relax" when I sent messages to follow up on my refund and return fees. They also proceeded to act as if they were doing me a favour when I was the one that had to run around and follow up for a week straight!

Collins who eventually called me was also downright rude and spoke over me multiple times.

I never got my order and the shoes that were delivered I inspected and the quality is poor. I would not be surprised if they were **** Nike Air Force 1's.

Do not give up and do not let them take advantage of you if you are currently struggling with the same issues. Give them hell, they more than deserve it.

Disgusted by this so called business.
