Disgusting Service

I placed an order for Nike sneakers online, communicated on whatsapp number *** send emails ***. NO RESPONSE. DEAD QUITE. I made payment and sent proof of payment and they responded acknowledging receipt thereafter I have been trying to get hold of the through whatsapp, calls and emails. NO RESPONSE. Where can we report these kind of shops so that they can be closed for good. They cant be taking our hard earned money like this and get away with it.
