Close to 3 weeks still no delivery!

I don't understand why these guys are still in business. I purchased a pair of sneakers for my son online on the 21st of December 2020 to date I still have not received anything but promises. They have no business skills and don't care about the frustration they cause. No one must buy from these guys, they don't care about their customers and should close down period. We can't suffer like this.
