**** Shoes

I purchased a pair of Nike shoes on the Sell-SA website from one of the companies that they host call sneakerzone.co.za. The shoes cost R1900 plus a R100 delivery fee. I received the shoes in a broken black **** Nike box which was dirty and full of sand. Nike boxes are red. I did some online research and the shoes are clearly ****. I complained to Naniki at Sell-SA and they said they would contact the online store. I received a response from Linda Bell from SneakerZone via e-mail on Tuesday the 12h of February and she refuses to accept that I received the shoes in that condition despite sending her photos as evidence. She refuses to offer me a refund for the shoes. Furthermore, she referred me to a disclaimer on their site when they were on the Sell-SA website which basically states that the shoes sold are rejects and are ****. The disclaimer is badly written and confusing and I DO not think that a disclaimer of this nature is actually legal and should be a violation under the consumer protection act. I see this as a much larger problem of a company involved in ********* business practises selling ******* and reject shoes without properly alerting their customers about it. This needs a larger investigation as consumers are being ****med.
